They cook very tasty food here, with soul. Whatever you order, you will enjoy the food. If you are not in a hurry, I recommend waiting 20 minutes and eating right there. If you order food to go, enjoy the taste of home. I highly recommend visiting this cafe. Everything is delicious, it's just impossible to resist.

I’ve heard a lot about this place and today we had the opportunity to come there. Don’t come hungry - you are going to buy everything Great delicious food, made with love. Indeed, they put their souls into every dish so that you will enjoy every bite. Incredibly tasty! The sizes of buns & chebureky are impressive. Really worth trying. Highly recommended!

I tried Uzbek cuisine for the first time, and it was an amazing experience. The owner took the time to explain how to enjoy each dish properly, which made it even more special. Every dish was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

If you want to try trully Georgian or Uzbek cousine then you must definitely visit this place and buy chebureks or uzbek plov. The compot (beverage with fruits and berries) is something unbelievable on taste. I'd also recommend trying pies. BTW, the owner is very friendly. He can show, explain, and help with his products. The only drawback is that the room is very small and it can be difficult to eat there if you do not order.

This to me is the epitome of hidden gem. Local owned and operated. Specializing in lunch and catering. Small seating area and busy all the time! The pilav was unreal. Cooked fresh everyday is a large cast iron. Try the other stuff too though I can’t remember how they call it. The pastry with the egg and onion would stop the old Gods. Food is outstanding. Prices are great and service was higher than a five star if that could exist. Do not forget to try the homemade beet juice. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend Pilav with their unforgettable food and amazing atmosphere, created by their owner Roman, who puts all his heart and soul in this place. The food brought me back to my childhood memories... Thank you so much Pilav for this wonderful experience and we’re hoping to see you soon at your new location in Edmonton!

It was amazing! We came to this place with friends and tried a variety of dishes: vinaigrette, borscht, khachapuri, chebureki, desserts, and of course, pilav! Everything was delicious — thank you so much for the warm welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and will be ordering delivery too!

I can say this hidden gem is now a must-visit spot whenever I’m in Calgary. The khachapuri was fresh out of the oven, with a beautifully golden, crispy crust and lots of melty cheese — absolutely delicious. We also tried the pilaf and some vegetables — both were very good. You can really feel the love in every bite.
